本案位于香港浅水湾，共有三、四、五楼等3个楼层。由于基地与海湾为邻而拥有极佳的景观优势，设计师希望将壮丽的景致引入空间，规划诉求着重于具备休闲特色的豪宅，同时为住宅与室外风光拓展互动的平台，并能兼顾居所恰如其分的私密性。 设计构思从独享隽永风光的悠闲豪宅启始。透过宽阔的格局，结合完善的居住、休憩、娱乐规划，满足居住者生活、享乐、宴客等多元需求。住宅大门设于四楼，设计师让垂直连系楼层的钢骨梯座披覆白色烤漆，并运用玻璃踏板铺砌，经由落地窗借引的采光照拂下，烘托出梯座轻盈时髦的姿态，透露本案明朗大器的个性。 设计师希望每个楼层在机能属性分明之中，也能和室外景致共构和谐氛围，在私享的明媚风光与屋主生活轨迹中，蕴酿空间独有的韵律与浓度。 四楼的客、餐厅呈现通透格局。客厅落地玻璃窗将迎面的海景、采光引入室内，成为客餐厅共享的风景画。为了强化自然景致的张力，设计师特意让全室维持纯净的设色与简约线条，在地坪铺设长毛地毯，白色橡木墙身装设液晶电视，暖黄的灯源从天花板间隙低调的漫出，大量选用色彩素雅、造型低矮的家具，让窗外景致成为空间醒目的主角，在自然背景烘托中构筑静谧悠闲的居室氛围。另一方面，考量场域运用的灵活性，客厅选用活动式家具为主，墙身和家具外型虽然素简却极为讲究细腻精致的质感，造型各异的立体座椅，也为素雅的厅区演绎着丰富活泼的变化。 餐厅是联系玄关、客厅、梯座、厨区的转折点。设计师特意为长型餐厅营塑宽敞开扬的视野，开放通透的空间感配搭着雅净设色，餐厅运用大量的原木质材与客厅构成和谐又对比的趣味。全室素雅的调性衍伸至厨房，米白色厨房拥有充裕采光，厨具选用奶茶色镜面门板，跳脱传统厨区封闭、沉重气息，强调清爽且时尚感的烹饪环境。 三楼整层均属私密空间，分布主?套房、孩房、客房与书房。主?套房的规划构想源自精品饭店的奢华房型，空间延续厅区的淡浅调性。设计师希望强调卧房雅洁温馨的氛围，特意在寝室铺陈米色地毯，墙身贴饰米色粗麻质壁纸，落地玻璃窗将自然绿意舒展至房内。淡米色的垂地帘幔适当维系?房内隐私，当帘幔紧闭后采光依旧能透入寝室中，让卧室在明亮之余又能保有宁馨、私密的安全感。比邻主卧套房的儿童房、客房都延续着主卧套房的淡雅设色与俐落线条，用简洁、温暖的时尚样貌应对窗外景致，无论是空间或人都能将室外风光尽收眼底。 五楼是休闲、聚会楼层，整座天台铺设柚木地板，规划露天客厅、露天餐厅、烤肉区。餐厅选用柚木餐桌椅，呼应本案善用自然点缀居所的特色。以海港为背景的客厅选用藤编长椅和茶几，周边由透明玻璃栏杆环绕，展现悠闲奢华的渡假气息。当宾客在夜空下享用晚餐，愉悦的移往客厅观赏夜景，脱离都市喧嚣而独享海湾景致，为聚会平添浪漫且出众的话题。 设计师大量运用清透质材，让室内与室外景致相揉合，透过简练的线条、纯净的设色烘托美景，让丽致的浅水湾风光作为本案最灵动的画作，将充沛采光转变成空间生动的舞姿，让本案在奢华的空间享受之外，更拥有无价的私人享受，在隽永简约的刻划中，生活升华成与自然共构的精致美学，化作一首经典愉悦的进行曲。 文字整理」刘蕙苹 The residence is located in Repulse Bay. It occupies a total of three floors from the third to the fifth and enjoys exceptional views towards the ocean. Steve's intent was to bring the view to its deep interior while maintaining within the residence an impression of a closed interior, a protection that considerably guards the value of the family. The design concept is fixed to an interior of casual relaxation, and is dominated by an imposing spaciousness and endless good views. Family needs relating to living, entertainment, social life are well laid out to comply with everything that is desired. The main entrance, located on the fourth floor, directly confronts a steel staircase, clad with white color tube and inlay with transparent glass flights. Light permeates all around and ethereally hangs the structure in the air. Steve thinks all three floors can be properly appropriated to fit the necessary functions without mixing them together. The interior and exterior could be well linked while not jeopardizing the intimacy of its interior home ambience. The fourth floor living and dining rooms are undivided. A grand window introduces a breathtaking view from the living room. The designer hopes that the landscape would become a collective memory for the family. The whole room keeps spatial integrity with restrained furnishing objects; low stand furniture, white color oak partition, infiltrated yellow light gently soaking the ceiling, and rustic wool carpet all maintain an uninterrupted position opposed to the window view. This room can accommodate activities of many kinds; mobile furniture assures this space is good for any function. Even though few furnishing elements were placed, construction details are excellent and well designed. Chairs with a curious shape stand casually on the floor and accept applause for its vivid style. The dining room is placed in a crucial position that links the living room and staircase in a continuous orientation plan. A larger than normal size dining table stands in an ample space that exhibits its active social signature. Plain color and wood furniture has a direct contrast to that of the living room. This tranquil quality even extends into the kitchen. The well-lit kitchen is equipped with beige color kitchenware and other kitchen facilities. Reflections on the surface of cabinet doors send an air of casual delight as it would be a comfortable mission to cook in this space. The third floor is a private space including bedrooms, guest room and library. The Master bedroom has a plan similar to an expensive hotel. Beige color carpet covers the floor; beige color linen wallpaper wraps exposed wall surfaces; thick drapery in beige, carefully maintains a feeling of intimacy while accepting natural light to slip in. The kids' rooms, adjacent to the master bedroom, and the guest room maintain the integral quality of this home. Plain color and less sophisticated furnishings both support each others view-casting windows. The fifth floor is an entertainment/ social space; family members or guests can enjoy casual chatting, dining and barbeque activity as their bare feet graze the teak wood floor. Transparent glass wraps the balcony to secure the space, and the uninterrupted view is entertaining anytime particularly at the time the sun is about to set and a dark blue color gradually eats up part of sky. Rattan chairs and a tea table silently attracts guests to sit enjoy the quality moments of tranquility. Steve is a master who knows how we would be delighted with this home as light is an essence of the spatial spirit and material is an elixir that enhances the quality of life. Hang high above the ground and face the beauty. This apartment transforms life from the normal daily clich? to a ritual of spatial worship.
